SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At UNIQUELYU, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with both our products and service. Please review the following detailed policies to understand how we manage orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing and packing typically require 1–2 business days, and standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Currently, we ship only within the United States, but international orders may be accepted upon request by contacting us directly at Uniquelyupmu@gmail.com. Please note that international shipping fees and delivery times will vary.
Shipping promotions (such as free shipping) may be offered on a limited-time basis and will be clearly indicated on our website. We work with multiple trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Returned items must be:

Unused and unaltered

In original packaging with all accessories and packing material

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on used products or final sale/discounted merchandise.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the item for processing exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance by contacting us at uniquelyupmu@gmail.com.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the payment was made by check, refunds will not be issued until at least 10 business days after the original transaction.
Note:

Refunds do not include original shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if return conditions are not met.
We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
