CLINIC POLICY

All cosmetic services require a non-refundable and non-transferable $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service. Pricing includes one complimentary 6-week touch-up, which will be scheduled during your initial visit.

 

We understand that life happens. Clients are allowed one reschedule without penalty, provided it is done in a timely manner. While we do not enforce a strict cancellation window, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Please note that arriving more than 30 minutes late to your appointment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. This is to ensure the quality and timing of our services for all clients.

 

Clients must provide valid identification and sign a consent form before receiving any treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or immune-compromised, a written approval from your healthcare provider is required before we can proceed with any services.
